In order to effectively improve the comprehensive quality of Baichuan Port Pass employees and build a group of talents with strong professional ability and good psychological quality, on April 22, 2023, the special training on "Stress Release and Emotional Management" sponsored by Xiapu Logistics Industry Community and hosted by Baichuan Port Pass Trade Union was solemnly launched. This training was fortunate to invite senior psychology lecturer Li Ning to give a lecture, the aim is to improve the psychological adaptability of the company's employees.

During the training process, the teacher professionally and systematically explained the psychological knowledge of emotions and stress, the causes of psychological problems, common stress reactions, emotions and physical and mental health, and emotional management trilogy. The students present learned the ways and means to eliminate negative emotions and regulate stress, this will lay a solid foundation for them to better eliminate negative emotions at work and work more easily and efficiently.












Pass this training, we have basically mastered the ways to objectively understand emotional stress, learned the methods of managing emotions and balancing stress, and are familiar with the ways of self-motivation. We know how to maintain a "positive attitude" at all times, establish good living and working habits, and turn immediate worries into thinking and actions in advance. We should manage our emotions and relieve our pressure in work, family and social interaction, enhance the ability to adapt to the environment, can present the best of their own.
